The creation of an ocular prosthesis is a painstaking process of careful observation, technical skill and talented artwork. Lorna brings great expertise and a wealth of experience to every stage of the process. She has provided me (an almost lifelong wearer of an ocular prosthesis) with what without doubt is my most cosmetically impressive prosthesis; even opticians have asked me to "close one eye and read the card", at which point I have to explain that one eye is in fact a prosthesis.
